Zebra 220xi II print server problems

My company has two old zebra 220xi II printers and I ordered and installed the zebra print server 2 cards for them. I upgraded the firmware on the printers and the print server card firmware is also up to date. I still can not print though. I can hook the old TWINEX line or parallel line back to the printer and print fine. So its just some problem with the configurations or something on the print server card. Anyone have any clues to help me on this? THANKS!!
