zone alarm basic edition and linksysnew router problem

Although my laptop shows that the wireless connection is working, I have to go to “repair” under internet connections after being off the internet for awhile.

Pain in the neck!

Is there a “basic” way to fix this problem?

I’m not as smart as most of you in this forum.
