ZoneAlarm Pro 3.0

I downloaded ZA Pro several days ago. Now when ever I reboot I get this message:

WSAENETDOWN
ListenOnPort(),listen() failed

After trying several databases, encyclopedias &
search engines my best guess is that it has to do with networking. I’m not on a network. The OS is Windows ME.
Does anyone out there know what this means?
