Zoom Modem

This modem has done this for a second time now. What it does is it connects to the ISP And wont receive or send data, but it will stay connected. I’ve deleted the connections and reinstalled the modem with all being no good. The last time it happened I went through it with the ISP techs and still nothing. How I fixed it last time was to reinstall XP pro. It would be nice to find the culprit.
