Can I Print Emails Directly from a PST File

by Kuldeep Singh . Updated 11 hours, 2 minutes ago

Hi everyone,

I have an Outlook PST file containing important emails that I need to print for documentation and record-keeping. I want to print selected emails without importing the PST file into Outlook.

Is there any way to open a PST file and print emails directly? I would also like to know whether I can preview email content, attachments, sender details, and dates before printing.

I am looking for a simple solution that works even when Microsoft Outlook is not installed on my computer.

If anyone has faced this situation or knows a reliable method, please share your suggestions.

Thanks in advance!
