2 Monitors, 1 PC

How do I go about running 2 monitors from 1 PC? The PC is used for a flight simulator, so they want two monitors to display all possible views. The O.S. is currently Win95.
How would I go about doing this? I believe that the first thing that I should do, is upgrade the O.S. to 98 because 95 doesn’t support the two monitors, correct?
