2nd – X on Netscape Dial-Up asks Disconn

Somewhre in upgrading (not sure what) when I terminate
Netscape the Dial-Up monitor now prompts for Disconnect.
I think this started when I did an upgrade from 4.5 to 4.7.
Just went to 4.72 and it still asks. Can’t seem to find
anything in Netscape or Dial-Up that will let me disable.
I am running Win NT 4.0 SP3.
