3COM SuperStack Switches

We are using SuperStack II Switch 1100 and 3300. We have several that have suddenly stopped allowing us to manage them via the web browser. The ones that have failed, we are also unable to ping or telnet into them. However, they continue to work. We have power reset them, with no success.

Has anyone experienced this? How was it resolved?
