A+ Course

I’m studying A+Course,the book is
“A+ Certification,third edition,Microsoft”
CompTIA A+Exams 220-201 & 220-202,
the main problem is to prepare my self to take the exam!!I have to read the book and be ready?
I don’t know how to start?how to prepare my self to pass the exam from the first trial?
please I need HELP ,HELP, HELP.
