about nimda virus

we have windows nt 4.0 server runing with 60 clients connected . all our clients have norton virus runing in it . now we have shutdown the complete network and cleared the virus. but also we have the w32.nimda.enc virus in our network. so any one can give me the solutions for clear the virus .
