Acer A100 Tablet

I got locked out of my Acer A100 Tablet and my gmail account connected to my tablet. When i log-in to my gmail account on the computer it works, I have reset my password and it still will not login on my tablet. I have also tried to reset/hard reset my tablet and it will not reset. What should I do?
