ADOBE ACROBAT READER

Many of our users have problems opening and printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader. When they try to do that, the PC crash. We are using Win 95/98 and Me OS. We have tried different versions of Acrobat Reader, but still have no luck indentifying the cause of the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please advise. Many thanks!
