Advise me please

Hi All . I currently work at the Help desk for my company . I did phone support for a year 1/2 here then 2nd level support . I have my A+ cert. Now I am doing more technical projects. Im confused b/c I don’t have a great deal of hands on Exp. Is it worth going for the MCSE? Ive been w/the same co. for 3 yrs now and want to try and break in with a more hands on job, but now one wants to take a chance . Any help would be nice .
