AGP Texture Acceleration/Trident 9750

Installed some game software for my daughter,upon startup of game,got an error message refering to a lack of AGP Texture Acceleration. Updated my Trident 9750 drivers to no effect. Ran ‘dxdiag’ and I still have no AGP Texture Acceleration. Is this adriver I need or a chipset I lack on my video board?
