all in wonder pro

Please help me, i have video card (all in wonder pro) 8 mb, my computer specification : celleron 466, 128 Mb, 10 Gb quntum, via 693a.
when i play game age of empire my screen always flicker, but when i scrool mouse my screen normal again. After 30 seconds my screen flicker again.
