all in wonder ,video card

I installed a “all in wonder Radeon” video card.I was enjoying tv on my computer.I had some un related problems with conflicts and elected to Fdisk .I have reloaded everything and no matter what I do I can’t get the tv function to display.When selecting tv the boot up process starts and disapears.I can not open the tv listing ,but the DVD and music player seems to function .I have tried to get support from Raedon,but can’t get past their wanting a 102 part number issue,in order to contact them.I have loaded and unloaded this so many time I can’t count them.
