AMD K6-2 475MHZ

I tried to change my P233MMX processor with AMD K6-2 475Mhz. My mobo is Redfox ALI M1542 Soket7.
I followed the right settings from the mainboard’s manual but still can’t get the new processor running. Any idea or suggestions?
