Annoying program

Every time I start windows my internet browser opens up into some website. Every 20 minutes or so my browser go’s to that site, or if my browser is not open, it opens it and go’s to that site. I tried going to msconfig and there was nothing in thestartup section about it, also nothing in the startup folder in the start menu. Can some one help me to find where this is coming from?
