Annoying wallpaper

Whenever I boot up my PC, I get a flash of a wallpaper which is completely different from the theme I am using. Is there any way to eliminate this? I have no presets for individual users on this PC so I can not figure out how this wallpaper was set in there. I would appreciate any feedback.
