Anyone rolling out Windows 2000 Pro?

I’m curious – we’re considering rolling out Windows 2000 Pro for company workstations, laptops – what do you think? How’s the installation process, and how do you handle switching over computers currently running NT 4.0 or 98? Any really bad problems lurking out there? Thanks in advance!
