AOL 6.0 & WAN Network Driver

I support 30 employees. One woman started using AOL 6.0. She now has a second Local Area Connection. AOL 6.0 is messing up her first Local Area Connection; This was our company network. Her AOL network adapter is a WAN Network Driver. I do not want to remove AOL but otherwise do now know how to get her back on the network. Any answers?
