APOLLO P-2150U support

during installation of the printer i get the following error:

“Error Occured during the move data process -132”
then the install craps out i have tryed unistalling all the files for the printer and reinstalled the usb card detects everything fine, just wont let me run the install program.

so if someone could help me please!?
