ARCSERVEIT SCSI Error

During a backup job that is set to backup the entire network at between 10 and 15% completion the job halts and posts an error that says NT SCSI command failed. Computer Associates has said to replace the driver with a win2k driver which I have done. No luck.

Server specs are Compaq ML 530
Compaq LVD AIT 35 to 70 gig drive
Windows 2000 service pack 1
