ASE12.5 on TRU 64UNIX GETA A COREDUMP

We have two Compaq Alpha Servers: DS20E and DS20 both running Tru64Unix 5.1a and Sybase ASE 12.5. We performed database dump on the DS20E on a tape and loaded that tape to DS 20 (under sybase load database command). The load database results in a core dump and the process hangs up. What could be wrong?
