Audio downloads to rewriter

I have downloaded audio files from internet (morpheus), it will not allow me to download to cd, say inappropriate tag. I am using Windows 98, easy cd rewriter which requires WAV tag, tags from morphius are pl and lnk. How do I create required tags? or where can I find cd rewriter that can download to cd?
