Auto convert of Access 97toAccess’00 DB

A client has advised that they are switching over to Office 2000, and wanted to be assured that converting their Access 97 Database to Access 2000 will not create any problems. I cannot assure them that it will be okay because I have not yet worked with Access 2000.

Has anybody done this type of conversion, and what problems if any can I expect.
