AutoReply to all mail from intrnet sites

How can I set things, at the server level, to automatically reply to all messages sent to the “mailto” links on our internet servers? We have thousands of different “mailto” recipients but have to generate one automatic reply to all incoming mail on our sites. Any ideas? Combination of Solaris and NT platforms here.
