bandwidth required.

Please help me with the problem of bandwidth for 3000 sites per day, residing on a single serve, some said, T3(45 mbps)must be provided, but here in India, the max avaliable bandwidth is 2mbps, and it costly. So if T3 is a must, can I place aserveroutside India with a webhosting co. If possible, please tell me about the best options and rates avaliable.
