Bargin basement PC

I’m looking for recommendations on someone I can purchase a used PC from in the Chicago area. My preferred supplier of used equipment, Computer Renaissance, seems to have lost their franchises in the Chicago area.

I want to put together an oldersystem for my friend’s children to run their games on. These are small children. Ages 2 thru 6 and most of their software will run on Win 3.1/95/98. CD and a sound card are requirements. I have a monitor, keyboard and MS Easyball for them already. Ialso have a budget of $200.
