Benchmark Data

I am looking for benchmark data to assist me in evaluating my current IT outsource pricing. This can be from a macro level to more detailed line of business cost (preferable). This is information I would like to do a cursory review of before engaging larger consulting firms such as Gartner, Global Concepts, et.al.
I have done a search in TechRepublic, but can not find any example surveys.
My company is a large community bank, approximately $4 billion in assets.
Would be thankful for any insights…
