Benefits of upgrading to Windows 2000

I am in the process of considering moving from NT to Windows 2000 both on Clients and Servers. As an Administrator, I see advantages to making this leap.

But in order to do so I must cost justify why this is a good idea from a companies point of view. If anyone has gone through this, can you tell me if it was worth the effort and cost; and if so why? What benefits did your company gain that were not offered under NT?
