Best CD Writers

I’ve about made a decision to buy an HP CD-Writer Plus 9300i, but learned it can only write 650 MB CDs. I’ve used 700 MB CDs but don’t know that ANY of the writers really take advantage of the extra space. Is there someone out there who has experience with a CD Writer that will write 700 MB CDs and which one’s are the best?
