Best TV Tuner/Graphics Card for $

Hi All,
I need to replace my aging older ATI All in Wonder Pro Rage 32Mb, To keep up with new games etc. I’ve gotten comfortable with the TV tuner and other accessories of this card. Can anyone suggest the best similar card to replace it with for about $200.? I am considering the ATI Raedon 8500 AIW 64MB DDr. Any input or experience would be appreciated.
