I just bought a used computer from my employer. The floopy was not working. I opend up the box and found out that the power was not connected. I connected the power and restarted the PC. I waited for a while and the PC would not start. I unplugged the power cable from the floopy and restarted it, it started fine. What should I do to troubleshoot this peoblem? The PC is a compaq prosario.
