BIOS Setting

I have Dell OptiPlex GXpro computer. It has 3GB Hard Disk I installed additional SEAGATE 8 GB Hard Disk. I cannot see that HDD from CMOS setting. I cannot make changes in BIOS setting also. I flushed BIOS but in vain. I do not remember password for system setup. How to change the existing password and configure another HDD?
