BIOS was badly reprogammed

While I was repogramming my AWARD Flash BIOS computer hanged up and It is not booting now. However BIOS beeps and It looking floppy disk drive for a floppy disk but screen is blank. When I press Enter button it looks FDD again and again. Is it posible to reprogram BIOS on the same motherboard (load system with good BIOS and after change to bad and reprogram it), or I have to change BIOS chip to new?
