Blank website page on explorer 5.0

There is a website page that comes up blank when I try to open it. I can easily open other pages that have the same format in the same website. When I go to another PC that uses the same explorer, I can open that page with ease. This gives me the impression that the problem is with the PC. Could anyone who has experienced this problem before help me with the solution.
