Boot CD Creation

Hello,
I am trying to create a disc (boot cd) to help save time when windows gets hosed and the recovery console does not work. I seem to have everything I need except the ability to boot to the cd. I have the floppies but I need to transfer the floppies (5 of them) to a cd image. 5 floppies means I have to sit by the system which wastes too much time. Does anyone know of a way to do this, or a workaround?
