Boot Magic wont recognize my backup hd?

I have installed Boot Magic on my first hd (win98) And my second hd (also win98) THe boot manager work’s well, i can boot from both. The PROBLEM is that my 2 hd with win98 (the 1st on is for me the 2nd one for my friend) will not see my 3rd hd (witch i want to use ask File backups and image backups). I have autodetected them they are all there but when i boot either one and go into my computer i cannot see the backup HD. I can however see the second disk when i boot with the 1st and vice versa…
