boot on the network with a laptop

I want to install windows on a laptop. The problem is that my windows installation files are located ont the network. I have a DOS network client disk is built and functional. The driver needed for my 3c574-tx is on the disk protocol.ini and system.ini has been modified to reflect the needed for my network and driver I am using. My question is how can I enable card services on a laptop so my nic driver can find the pcmcia nic card. Thanx!!!
