Boot up from IDE instead of SCSI

Have a system with 1 IDE & 2 SCSI HD. It was booting from the SCSI before. After ghost from SCSI to IDE, want to boot from IDE instead of SCSI. Have tried to disable SCSI from MB & SCSI controller. Any idea?
