Bootbale CD Recommendation

I was wondering if anyone might have a bootbale CD layout recommnedation. I am already aware on how to create bootable Cds, but I am just looking for suggestions, recommendations, and possibly what some of you might already have as a “Utility” or your version of a Fix-All little annoyances Boot CD that you might have in your collection.

Many PCs have the ability to boot from CD now, so I am just looking for guidlines, or maybe a image/zip download that contains many useful utilities such asformating, diagnosing, partitioning, and backing up.
