BOOTUP PROB LEM

I just upgraded a computer hard drive from 500 mb to 10 gb. I USED wESTERN dIGITAL SOFTWARE TO PARTITION AND FORMAT IT. The OS is Win. ME.

On bootup I get the message no boot record in floppy! The BIOS is set to boot from the hard disk first, not the floppy. It just keeps bypassing the hard disk.
Any ideas?
