building DMI and verifying DMI……

I have a problem,when power up the pc, passed the memory check and then building DMI, verifying DMI…..THE system stop right there forever. what is the problem? what is DMI? BIOS PROBLEM? I changed the boot sequence, still not booting up to the OS?ANY IDEA? thanks for help.
