Bus Transfer Rate

Hi All i’ve got a p3 733 and a celeron 366 when i do a test on both computers with the same program it tells me that the p3 is a lot slower in the “bus transfer rate” how is this possible as the p3 is a up to date system and the celeron is older,howcan i increase this speed if possible.
