Buses missing on Soyo SY-6BA+IV MB

While resetting CMOS (JP5) on my MB, accidently left power on. The computer started, and was shut down immediately. However, when viewing startup bios, I have no buses listed in PCI Device Listing. I can access windows, but can’t install vid/sound cards(no adresses). Is there anyway to find/replace drivers, or have I fried the board?

ACPI Controller is listed at the bottom, but has nothing under “Bus No”, and is listed as IRQ 9. Again, while resetting JP5 jumper, the computer was turned on while the jumper was in the “reset” position.
