Buying Domain Names

Does anyone have information on Tonci Corporation. They are selling domain names that end in (.TO). Their web site is tonci.to.

I checked the site and didn’t find too much info. I also have a user who signed up & gave credit card #, my advice is cancel the transaction until more realiable info is available.
