bypassing password on a Inca Empire 7000

by salier . Updated 25 years, 10 months ago

I recently come across an Empire 7000 that was in need of a Win98 reinstall. I got the harddrive formatted, but can’t get into CMOS to disable the antivirus to reinstall Win98. CMOS is password protected. Other than taking the laptop apart to clear CMOS,does anyone have any other way of bypassing the password? All answers appreciated.
