Calendar Sharing recommendation?

I’m looking for a calendar sharing recomendation for a client of mine.
NT4.0 server (No Exchange server)
Four Win2k clients with Outlook2000/Outlook98 using internet mail
Do you know of a way to share a calendar between these four people reliably?
