I am conducting research on automating call center quality assurance using recorded audio files from real agent/customer interactions. I am seeking additional data in the form of recorded audio content such as might be captured by a Nice, Dictaphoneor other audio logging application. Am willing to sign legal Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements in exchange for this data.
